At AlHalas, we are committed to providing a premium experience and high-quality products.

Due to the nature of our food products, coffee items cannot be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • An incorrect product is received.

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the product.

If the request is approved, we will either:

  • Replace the product with a new, undamaged one, or

  • Refund the paid amount, according to the customer’s preference.

Equipment & Tools

Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with full packaging.

In case of a manufacturing defect, the item will be reviewed before approval.

General Notes

Returns requested outside the stated timeframes will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to a defect or error from our side.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection and approval.
